A) PRESENT JOB (June 97 - till date)

Presently, carrying out all the maintenance request to inter & intra dept. Preparing maint. task list, maint. items, maint. plan & Scheduling activities for preventive maintenace through SAP-PM module. Making counter, Measuring point for condition monitoring. Maintenance spare parts management through SAP - MM module. Trouble shooting for PM module (Functional).

b) SAP R/3 Implementation (Oct 96 - May 97)

Essar Steel Ltd. has implemented seven modules of SAP R/3 namely PP, PM, CO, MM, SD, FI, QA. It is one of the biggest installation in India and probably the first in an integrated steel plant of a global magnitude. The implementation took place in seven stages, namely Initiation, Stratagy, Process design, Conferance roof pilot, Develope, Transition and Sustain. I worked as a member of Core Team (Super User) for the implementation of SAP - R/3 PM Module

c) Mechanical engg. experience in following discipline (July 94 - sept 96)

1. Erection and commissioning activities of 150T D.C. - Electric Arc Furnace & Ladle Furnace

2. Inspection of Equip. to improve the availability of equipment for operation.

3. Shutdown planning , man power planning & preventive maint. planning.
